NPAX was born from a simple but urgent insight: health plans and PBMs had more data than ever—claims, pharmacy, medical records—but not enough clarity. Big numbers were climbing: medical loss ratios, drug spend, adverse drug events. Quality measures were lagging. Providers and vendors were being incentivized, but too often the improvements were inconsistent or came with unintended trade‑offs.
